Copy of voided check if direct deposit or direct debit is desired
W2s
Do review your W2s to ensure the name is spelled correctly and the social security number is listed correctly. If not, a new W2 will be required from the employer.
Remember that job that only lasted a couple weeks. Make sure you have the W2 for it also.
If your company changed organization structure or payroll provider, you may have 2 W2s for the same job.

The more complete information on hand at the appointment the more likely we can complete the tax return and e-file without requiring a return visit. If you think you might need it, bring it.
